It is mainly used to extrude semi-finished rubber products such as tyre tread, inner tube, rubber strip, capsule, external encapsulating of wire & cable， etc.
1.Machine body has a spiral channel with good heat conductive effect. It is equipped with a feeding roll to reinforce feeding capability in feeding section.
2.Srew and bushing all adopted nitrided steel with nitriding treatment, so it has enough strength and good wear resistance.
3.Temperature control is realized by hot water circulating device as auto sectional control.
4.It can realize different usage such as feeding, squeezing sheet, squeezing tube, squeezing profiles, etc by equipped with different head.
