It is mainly used for extrusion of various rubber products and feeding rubber.
1.The barrel is composed of several zones. In the feeding zone, the spiral slots work with the side rolls to enhance feeding capability and in the plastication and extrusion zone ,different numbers of pins are fitted.
2.The screw has excellent geometric precision and is wear-resistant for being processed by nitrogenation treatment.
3.A hot water circulation device automatically control temperature in each zone.
4. It has the characteristics of good plasticizing effect, strong extruding ability, low temperature of rubber flow and smooth operation.
