This production line is used to produce farm film, package color film, transparent film, flex banner film and etc.
1. It is composed of five- roll calender, cooling device, auto-cutting & winding up device, etc.
2. Rolls adopt peripheral drill structure with heat grinding treatment, single motor and single drive with stable transmission and adjustable speed.
3. Each roll is driven by an AC variable frequency or DC motor separately, and the speed ratio can be adjusted according to the production requirements of the product.
4. Axis cross ,pre-loading，pull-back device are set to ensure the product’s precision.
5. Use automatic temperature control system of heat medium to ensure roller surface temperature is even.
6. Control system adopts PLC, safety and reliability , easy operation and high automation.
